What it does

Seven jobs, done properly.

No 800-feature dashboard. Voxinly does the things that turn a missed call into a booked job — and answers in seconds, in your voice, in British and Australian English by default.

Opens with tap-to-send chips.

The widget loads with a row of suggested first messages tuned to your trade — 'I'm locked out', 'Boiler won't fire', 'Quote for a rewire'. The customer taps one and the conversation's already moving. No blinking cursor, no dead start.

— no awkward blank box

Sounds like you, not a robot.

Per-tenant brand voice with warm British or Australian register, light emoji where the customer leads, never forced. No corporate waffle, no US-default phrasing, no 'SaaS' jargon. It mirrors how you actually talk on the phone.

— British/AU English as standard

Captures every enquiry.

Picks up customers the moment they land — even at 9pm on a Saturday. Asks the right qualifying questions per trade, grabs the postcode, the name and the phone, and never lets a lead slip to a competitor.

— 15-trade preset packs out of the box

Hot-lead handoff to your pocket.

The instant the bot smells buying intent, it pings you with the name, postcode, phone and the full transcript. Pick where we ping you — email, SMS, WhatsApp, or end-of-day digest. Change it any time. Complaints auto-escalate the same way — you're never in the dark.

— you pick the channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp, digest

Answers your phone, too.

Add the paid Voice receptionist and Voxinly picks up the calls you can't. It answers in your business's voice, handles the enquiry, quotes ballpark, and captures the caller's name, postcode and number — then emails you the transcript. Missed calls stop being lost jobs.

— Paid Voice add-on: £19/mo (3-month minimum), works on any plan

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is one chat session with a visitor — any number of messages — within a rolling 24-hour window.

Go over your limit? No drama.

If you go over your monthly conversations, we'll let you know and help you move up a plan — your bot keeps working and we never cut a customer off mid-chat.

Cancel any time

Monthly plans aren't pro-rated for the current month; annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Where it comes from

Built by an operator, not a marketing team.

Voxinly wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built and tested across nine of the founder's own businesses before it was ever sold to anyone else.

9
Businesses it was tested on

Every feature earned its place by capturing real enquiries on the founder's own sites first — nothing ships until it's doing the job it promises.

Honest note: we're early, so we're not going to invent customer quotes. Have a play with the bot in the corner and judge it on what it actually does.

Questions

Straight answers, no waffle.

Or just ask the bot in the corner — that's literally what it's for.

Will it actually sound like me, not a robot?

Yes. You paste a paragraph in your own voice during setup and Voxinly mirrors the cadence. Four sliders cover warmth, formality, length and how blunt to be. The default register is British or Australian English, short and direct — exactly how a tradesman talks. Light emoji where the customer leads, never forced. No 'SaaS' jargon, ever.

How long does setup actually take?

About 10 minutes for the bot itself. Pick your trade from a preset (plumber, locksmith, heating engineer, gas, multi-trade — more on the way), the bot loads the right qualifying questions automatically, you set your postcodes and fees, drop one line of script into your site footer. Run it in shadow mode for a day if you want to check the tone before going live.

Does it answer my phone?

Yes — with the Voice add-on it answers your calls in your business's voice, handles the enquiry and captures the caller's details. It quotes ballpark, takes the name, postcode and number, and emails you the transcript, so a missed call stops being a lost job. The Voice add-on is £19/month and works on top of any plan.

Can it take payments?

Not directly — it captures the enquiry, helps book the job and hands it to you; taking card payments isn't something it does. It's built to win you the work and get the customer's details in front of you fast, not to run your till.

What languages does it speak?

British and Australian English by default — short, direct, no US-default phrasing. On the Pro plan you can switch on support for 13 languages if your customers need them.

Can a customer get through to a real person mid-chat?

Voxinly alerts you the instant a hot lead lands so you can jump in and ring them straight back — usually within minutes. It's built to capture the enquiry and hand it off to you cleanly, rather than hold a live agent-takeover of the chat window. In practice that means fewer leads slip through, because the details are already in your inbox before you pick up the phone.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. You start completely free with no card — two clicks and you're live. Nothing is charged automatically; when the 14 days end your account simply pauses until you decide to pick a plan.

What happens at the end of my 14-day trial?

Nothing automatic — there's no card on file, so you're never charged. Your account simply goes read-only until you choose a plan, and all your setup is saved. Pick Starter, Pro or Business whenever you're ready and everything carries straight on.

Does it really book jobs straight into my diary?

Yes. Hook it to Google Calendar, Outlook, Jobber or ServiceM8 in setup. When a customer accepts a slot, the job lands in your diary and the customer gets a confirmation by SMS or email.

What about the customer asks for a specific product — a Banksy canvas, a particular boiler?

On commerce sites, Voxinly hits your store's live product feed and surfaces a real link inline — 'here's our Dirty Dancing canvas, £109 in 60×40cm, in stock'. No deflecting to a search page, no sending the customer off to a competitor. The anti-deflection rule keeps every chat anchored to your brand.

How does the hot-lead handoff work?

The moment Voxinly detects buying intent — a postcode plus a contact plus a real job description — it pings you with the full transcript. You choose where: email, SMS, WhatsApp, or end-of-day digest. Pick any combination in onboarding (Step 6) or change it any time under settings. Complaints and frustrated customers auto-escalate the same way. You're never in the dark.

What's the daily digest?

One email each morning. Overnight leads captured, hot leads still waiting, escalations, this-week-so-far stats, the top question your customers are asking. Grouped per brand if you run more than one site. No notification spam during the day — just one tidy summary with your morning tea.

Do I have to use WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp handoff is per-tenant and off by default. Switch it on if your customers prefer WhatsApp; leave it off if email + SMS are enough. Each tenant chooses for themselves.

Can I turn emojis off?

Yes. Three modes — rich, subtle or off — chosen during onboarding and switchable any time from /admin/settings → Brand → Bot tone. Sole-trader trades typically pick off; consumer brands typically pick rich. The change takes effect on the next chat turn; no redeploy, no fiddling.

Is it UK-built, and where's my data kept?

Voxinly is registered in England and built in Britain. Your chat data is stored in the EU (GDPR-compliant); some processing uses trusted providers (for example in the US) under standard UK/EU data-protection safeguards. British and Australian English by default — a real differentiator versus competitors that default to American phrasing. We never train shared models on your conversations. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Do I get my data back if I leave?

Always. Every conversation, lead and booking is exportable as JSON or CSV from your dashboard, with no notice period.

Can I get a refund?

The free trial takes no card, so there's nothing to refund. On monthly plans we don't pro-rate part-months — if you cancel mid-month your bot runs to the end of the month you've paid for. On annual plans you can request a pro-rata refund of unused full months if you cancel within 30 days of renewal; after that it's non-refundable. If something's genuinely gone wrong on our end in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email support@voxinly.com and we'll put it right. Full detail is in our refund policy.

What's coming next?

A public REST API for the Pro and Business tiers (Q3 2026) and a deeper Zapier integration spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk and Zoho — closing the loop into your CRM without writing code.
