We're a small UK team. We pick the phone up — or, more accurately, the inbox. Every ticket gets a real reply from someone who knows the product, not a copy-pasted script.
Quickest answers, no waffle
If yours isn't here, the chatbot in the corner knows the rest — or drop us a line.
How long does Voxinly take to set up?
About 10 minutes. Paste the embed snippet into your site, set your patch postcodes, type in ballpark prices and hook up Google Calendar, Outlook, Jobber or ServiceM8. Most tradesmen are live before the kettle's boiled.
Will the chatbot actually sound like me?
Yes. You paste a paragraph in your own voice during setup and Voxinly mirrors the cadence. Four sliders cover warmth, formality, length and how blunt to be. Default tone is short, direct, British — exactly how a tradesman talks.
Does it book jobs straight into my diary?
Yes. Native integrations with Google Calendar, Outlook, Jobber and ServiceM8. When a customer accepts a slot the job lands in your diary and they get a confirmation by SMS or email.
What happens if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
It says so plainly, captures the customer's name, postcode and phone number, and pings you on WhatsApp, SMS or email. You ring back when you're off the tools — Voxinly's already done the qualifying.
How do I add my own pricing and FAQs?
Open the Knowledge Base in your dashboard and paste in your price list or FAQ doc — Voxinly indexes it within a minute. You can also point us at your website and we'll crawl it for you. See the Knowledge Base setup guide for the full walkthrough.
Is Voxinly UK-built and UK-hosted?
Yes. Voxinly is registered in England and built in Britain. Your chat data is stored in the EU (GDPR-compliant); some processing uses trusted providers (for example in the US) under standard UK/EU data-protection safeguards. We never train shared models on your data. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
From the dashboard: Billing → Change plan or Cancel subscription. No notice period, no exit fees. Your data exports as JSON or CSV with one click before you go.
Can I get a refund?
If something's gone genuinely wrong on our end inside the first 14 days, yes — just email support@voxinly.com and we'll sort it. After that we're month-to-month, so the cleanest fix is usually to cancel before the next bill.
Where can I see my conversations and leads?
Sign in, then go to Conversations for the chat log or Customers for captured leads. Both export to CSV. The Analytics tab shows weekly response times, lead-to-booking rates and busy windows.
Is there a phone number I can ring for support?
No — support is by email and chat only. It means every question is in writing, nothing gets lost in a voicemail, and you get a considered answer from someone who knows the product. Email support@voxinly.com or ask the chatbot in the corner. (The Voice add-on answers your customers' calls — that's a separate thing from how you reach our support team.)
What's your response time on support emails?
Paying customers on any plan — under 4 business hours, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 GMT. Free trial users — within 1 business day on the same hours.
