Refund & Cancellation Policy
How Voxinly's free trial, cancellation and refunds work — the free 14-day trial, monthly and annual plans, and your consumer rights.
1. The free 14-day trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full features, and we don't take card details to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. At the end, your account simply goes read-only until you choose a Starter, Pro or Business plan — nothing is charged automatically, and all your setup is saved. We'll email you a reminder a couple of days before the trial ends.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel any time — from your dashboard (Billing → Cancel) or by emailing hello@voxinly.com. There's no notice period and no exit fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your chatbot keeps running until then. You can export your data (JSON or CSV) with one click before you go.
3. Refunds
- Free trial: nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Monthly plans: we don't pro-rate part-months. If you cancel mid-month, your chatbot keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of your renewal (or first) date, you can request a pro-rata refund of any unused full months. After 30 days, the annual plan is non-refundable.
4. If something's gone wrong on our end
If there's a genuine problem caused by us within your first 14 days on a paid plan, email support@voxinly.com and we'll make it right — that may mean a fix, a credit, or a refund, depending on what happened.
5. Your consumer rights
If you sign up as a consumer rather than a business, you may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation right. These statutory rights sit alongside this policy and aren't affected by it. Nothing here limits your non-excludable legal rights.
6. How to reach us
Billing and cancellation: hello@voxinly.com. Something went wrong: support@voxinly.com. Full terms are in our Terms of Service, and how we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.
