The three ways
- Have us do it for you (free). Easiest. You add us as a user on your site (no need to share your own password), we put the bot on for you and tell you when it’s live. Most tradespeople pick this.
- Follow the step-by-step guide. Pick your website type below, follow the screenshots. Takes about five minutes if you’ve done it before.
- Hand it to your web person. We’ll write the email for you — you just copy their address into it and hit send.

What about my login details?
We don’t keep your password. We use it once to install your chatbot, then it’s gone from our system. Your login stays exactly as it was — nothing on your site changes, except a tiny bit of code we add to make the bot appear.
