Wix guide
Put your Voxinly bot on a Wix site.
Two routes — invite us as a Co-Editor and we'll do it (free), or paste the snippet into Wix's Custom Code yourself.
Option A — have us do it for you (free)
Open your Wix dashboard
In a new browser tab, go to dashboard.wix.com and sign in. If you’ve got more than one site, click the one you want the bot on.
Open Roles & Permissions
- On the left bar click Settings.
- Find and click Roles & Permissions.
- Click the blue Invite People button (sometimes it says Invite Co-Editor).

Invite install@voxinly.com
- Type install@voxinly.com in the email box.
- For the role, choose Co-Editor (full edit access).
- Click the blue Send Invite button.

Option B — do it yourself
About five minutes. Wix has a built-in spot for this called Custom Code.
Open Custom Code
- In the Wix dashboard, click Settings.
- Click Custom Code (sometimes under Advanced).
- Click the green + Add Code button.
Paste your snippet
- In the big code box, paste your Voxinly snippet.
- Name it something like Voxinly chatbot.
- Under Add Code to Pages, choose All pages — tick the Load code once option.
- Under Place Code in, choose Body — end.
- Click Apply.

Publish your site
Click Publish in the top-right corner. Custom Code only goes live after you publish. Open your site and the chat bubble should appear in the bottom-right. If not, email install@voxinly.com and we’ll have a look.
What about my login details?
We don’t keep your password. We use it once to install your chatbot, then it’s gone from our system. Your login stays exactly as it was — nothing on your site changes, except a tiny bit of code we add to make the bot appear.
