Common signs to look for
The easiest tell is the address you type in when you log in to edit your website. Have a look:
WordPress
Login at yoursite.co.uk/wp-admin — white login screen with a big “W” logo.
Shopify
Login at admin.shopify.com — you see a green Shopify bag in the corner.
Wix
Login at dashboard.wix.com — black page with the Wix logo top-left.
Squarespace
Login at yoursite.com/config — or you got an email from Squarespace when you signed up.
What about my login details?
We don’t keep your password. We use it once to install your chatbot, then it’s gone from our system. Your login stays exactly as it was — nothing on your site changes, except a tiny bit of code we add to make the bot appear.
